Rental housing with repurchase is sold to the participants of the direction belonging to the following categories:
- from among its own employees and employees of subordinate organizations of the Ministry of health of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Ministry of education and science of the Republic of Kazakhstan,
- from among the employees and employees of subordinate organizations Of the Department of education and the Department of health under the Akimats, with which there are cooperation agreements.
Lists of participants are formed directly by the Offices of the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Education and Science.
Documents requiredfor passing a solvency assessment:
1. Originals (for verification) and copies of the identity cards of the Applicant and the Guarantor;
2. Original and copy of the certificate of marriage, dissolution of marriage, death certificate of the spouse (if there is a spouse)for the tenant and the guarantor (if a guarantor is involved); a certificate of absence of marriage registration (if there is no marriage)
3. Originals and copies of birth certificates of the tenant's children (if any);
4. Original certificates of employment of the Applicant and the Guarantor on the position, work experience (with indication of the date and registration number);
5. Original salary certificates from the place of work of the Applicant and the Guarantor, for the last six months preceding the month of submission of documents;
6. Originals and copies of documents confirming other income of the Applicant and the Guarantor for the last twelve months preceding the month of submission of documents. Information about income from part-time or part-time work can be used if proof of income received within the last 12 months is provided. Annual bonuses can be taken into account when determining the Applicant's ability to pay, if his employer provides proof that the Applicant has received them for the past 2 years;
7. Original statements of pension contributions of the Applicant and the Guarantor for the last six/twelve months preceding the month of submission of documents;
8. in the absence of pension contributions, which are exempt by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as additional proof of income reflected in the certificate, it is necessary to provide an extract from the card account).
Individual entrepreneurs acting as a guarantor must provide the following additional documents:
- Certificate of state registration of an individual entrepreneur/Coupon
- Documents confirming the activity of at least 3 (three) years (patent, license, certificate, certificate from the notary chamber, bar Association, etc.);
- 240 Declaration form (annual), for the last 3 (three) years with a mark of the state bodies on acceptance;
3) 200 Declaration form (quarterly), for the last 3 (three) years with a mark of the state bodies on the acceptance of;
4) 910 Declaration form (semi-annual), for the last 3 (three) years with a mark of the state bodies on the acceptance of;
5) notification of acceptance/non-acceptance of tax reporting by the state revenue authority for the last 3 (three) years;
6) information on the absence (presence) of tax arrears at the time of consideration of the credit application;
7) documents confirming payment of taxes, mandatory pension contributions (receipts, payment orders, account statement with Bank stamp) for the last 3 (three) years.
Deadline for receipt of applications from applicants determined by the health Ministry, education Ministry and Departments independently. The lists formed as a result of the work carried out by the Ministries are sent to JSC "Kazakhstan housing Company" (hereinafter referred to as the CFC) to determine the solvency.
If potential tenants meet the solvency requirements, the CFC sends lists of potential tenants who meet the requirements to the MOH and MES, the health Department and the education Department for subsequent distribution and posts the information on the CFC's website (list of participants).
Distribution of housing among the Program participants is carried out in an automated mode on the Company's website, where the Program participants make their own choice of housing (apartments).
