More than fifty almaty families received new housing under the state program

On July 13, 2018 Official Ceremony of handing keys for new rental apartments (with a purchase option) was held in Almaty.*

To implement the next stage of the Program from July 13, 2018, the Kazakhstan Mortgage Company handed over 53 apartments in the residential complex of the Duman-2 micro district: 26 one-room apartments (52.3 and 61.5 sq. m.) and 27 two-room apartments (76.8 and 83.9 sq. m). All apartments are transferred to lessee in a fine finish and are ready for occupancy. The school-gymnasium, development centers for children, a mosque and the ice palace "Halyk Arena" are located nearby. The rent cost per sq. m for people on the waiting list will be 1119.23 tenge per month.

An official ceremony was opened by Ruslan Kakim, Deputy Chairman of the Board JSC "MO "KMC. In his address to the new lessees, Ruslan  Kazhymuratuly noted: "Today's ceremony is the next stage of a big common cause started by the President of the country. The implementation of state programs in the field of increasing the availability of housing has gained a good pace, for year of 2017 in Kazakhstan, 11.2 million sq. m of housing put into operation. Today we congratulate new settlers who will receive the keys to comfortable apartments in an ecologically clean area of ​​the city, with good infrastructure and transport accessibility. In the near future, people on the waiting list from Petropavlovsk and Aktau will receive their housing, as well as the settlement of lessees in the "Zhas Kanat" micro district in Almaty will be completed."

The new settlers also expressed their emotions: "We want to express our gratitude to the Head of our Republic Nursultan Abishevich Nazarbayev for the housing program "Nurly Zher", which enables ordinary Kazakhstanis to purchase their own housing on preferential rental terms.
