JSC “Mortgage Organization “Kazakhstan Mortgage Company” has increased the maximum loan amount for its own mortgage product “Orda” from 40 to 65 000 000 KZT for loans issued for the purchase of real estate in the cities of Nur-Sultan and Almaty.
Mortgage product “Orda” from JSC “MO” KMC “provides an opportunity to purchase real estate in the primary and secondary housing market for all citizens of Kazakhstan, regardless of whether they own any other housing. With full confirmation of solvency, the mortgage loan rate for borrowers is 12% per annum, with partial confirmation of income - 14% per annum.
Due to the higher cost of housing in megacities, as well as the availability of demand from borrowers, the maximum amount of the loan for the purchase of housing in Nur -Sultan and Almaty will be 65 million KZT. As for other regions of Kazakhstan, the loan amount remains the same - up to 40 million KZT. The minimum loan amount is 1 million KZT. Loan term is up to 20 years.
A borrower can be any citizen of Kazakhstan at the age of 21 years. At the time of loan repayment, the age of the borrower or co-borrower must not exceed the retirement age. Lending is carried out through the second-tier banks, which act as partners of JSC “MO “KMC” to attract and issue loans to consumers. Nowadays, it is possible to make a mortgage “Orda” through JSC “Tsesnabank”, JSC “Bank CenterCredit”, JSC “Kassa Nova”, JSC “Eurasian Bank”, as well as through the BI Group mortgage centers.
Mortgage “Orda” involves making an initial payment of 30% of the cost of housing with full confirmation of income and 50% with partial confirmation. In this case, the initial payment can be replaced by an additional pledge in the form of real estate owned by the borrower or third parties.
