In order to implement legislative requirements of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Company’s internal documents on anti-corruption management, resolution of corporate conflicts and conflicts of interests, there is an Ombudsman Institute introduced in the Company.
The Ombudsman’s concerns include the collection of information, complaints and other appeals from individuals and legal entities against the actions (omission) of Company officials and employees; ensuring consideration of aforementioned appeals and arranging consideration of arising disputes on compliance with business ethics and clearing of conflict of interest.
All Company employees, clients, partners and other concerned parties have the right to appeal to the Ombudsman.
Anonymous appeals shall not be considered, except the cases when such appeal contains the information on prepared for or committed criminal acts, the information on the endangerment of national security or public safety, and such appeal shall be immediately forwarded to the Governmental bodies in accordance with their competence.
The appeals can be submitted:
- In oral form, including the contact by the Ombudsman telephone numbers
- In written form by means of sending an appeal to the e-mail address of the Company and/or the Ombudsman
