Corporate management means processes complex, providing management and control over the Company’s activities and included relationships between Shareholders, Board of Directors, Management Board and other bodies of the Company and other Interested parties for the benefit of Shareholders.
A general shareholder meeting is a supreme body. General shareholders meeting have an authority to take decisions on issues set by the Republic of Kazakhstan legislation, provisions of the Charter and internal documents of the Company.
Baiterek National Management Holding JSC is a shareholder of Kazakhstan Mortgage Company MO JSC.
Board of directors executes general management over the Company’s activities, and control over executive body activities, except issues related to exclusive competence of the Shareholder.
Management board – executive body, executed management over current activities of the Company.
Internal audit service executes control over financial household activities, assessment in inner control sphere, risk managements, documents execution in corporate management sphere and consulting for improvement of the Company’s activities. Internal audit service directly reported to the Board of Directors.
Company considers the corporate management as a tool for the Company’s activities effectiveness increasing, strengthening of its reputation and decreasing of costs for capital mobilization.

Corporate management principles directed on creation of trust in relations, arising in connection with the Company’s management, and the basis of all rules and recommendations. The fundamental principles of corporate management are:

- Company’s effective management principle by the Board of Directors and Management Board;
- independent activities principle and objectiveness of information disclosure on the Company’s activity;
- ethic and legality principle;
- effective personnel policy principle;

- regulation policy of corporate disputes ad conflicts of interests;
