Notifications of Kazakhstan Housing Company JSC

Dear customers!!

Joint Stock Company “Kazakhstan Housing Company” (hereinafter – the Company/ KHC), in connection with the introduction of emergency situation in some regions of the country as a result of floods, as well as within the framework of implementation of the order of the Head of State to provide assistance to victims in areas of emergency, informs the following:

– in order to provide support to borrowers classified as flood victims according to the provided lists of local executive bodies, the issue of granting deferment of monthly payments for a period of 3 months, from 1 April 2024 to 30 June 2024, will be considered on the basis of clients’ applications;

– on the basis of clients’ applications on loans of citizens, whose financial condition has deteriorated due to the negative impact of floods according to the provided lists of local executive bodies, no penalties (fines, penalties) will be charged for overdue monthly payments for 3 months.

For all submitted applications the Company will conduct individual analysis of each affected borrower. Taking into account the assessment of the impact of the damage caused to the property and personal economy, income and financial situation of the borrowers, the Company will determine additional conditions for restructuring the loans of the affected citizens.

JSC «Kazakhstan Housing Company» (hereinafter referred to as the Company), with the aim of purchasing rental housing (apartments) for waiting lists of local executive bodies within the framework of the Concept for the Development of housing and communal infrastructure for 2023-2029, approved by Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 23, 2022 No. 736, informs about the procurement procedures.

The acquisition of apartments is carried out through a tender on the Eurasian electronic portal mitwork.kz, taking into account the established price parameters.

Main requirements for apartments:

class III or IV housing;
apartments must be finished.

Price parameters per 1 square meter of housing in 2024:
